Brand-new location opened in 2026, right in the heart of the village: Callisto overlooks a beautiful garden and is just a few steps from cafés, restaurants, shops, and the lakeside beaches — including the nearby La Foppa Beach.
From the moment you step inside, you feel the connection with nature: we’ve chosen refined materials such as wood-style finishes, marble, and onyx that reflect the authentic beauty of Lake Como. The spaces are designed for maximum comfort — a versatile bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into two singles, a bright living room with a comfy sofa bed, and a rustic-style storage area that immerses you in local tradition.
The property is just a short walk from La Foppa Beach and other lovely beaches easily reached on foot. Its location is ideal both for relaxation and adventure: mountain hikes, visits to the lake’s historic villas, and day trips to Varenna, Bellagio, and Milan are all within easy reach.
Parking is available nearby, and we’ll be happy to provide personalized tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to experience the best of the area.

Cosmique is made up of four indipendent and stylish apartments – Altea, Callisto, Sidera and Dafni – hosting up to 12 guests in total. It is the ideal choice for groups of friends or large families who want to share their holiday while still enjoying their own privacy and personal space.

- Da Milano imbocca la SS36 in direzione Lecco / Colico.
- Superata Lecco, continua sempre in direzione Colico / Dervio.
- Esci a Dervio.
- Allo stop gira a destra, supera la piccola piazza e prosegui per circa 50 metri.
- Gira a sinistra in Via Sotto i Chiosi.

- Prosegui a piedi lungo Via Sotto i Chiosi.
- Altea si trova dopo la casa arancione.
- E' nella nostra struttura Cosmique nella casa azzurra
- Superato il portoncino di ingresso in legno sulla destra, troverete una rampa.
- Percorretela e l'ingresso è il portoncino in bronzo e vetro.

Le chiavi sono nella lock box, posizionata sulla rampa della struttura Cosmique, a sinistra del portoncino in bronzo.
Entrate, proseguite fino al giardino, l'ingresso di Callisto è la prima porta sulla sinistra, benvenuti!
🚆 In treno (comodo e panoramico)
Da Milano Centrale o Porta Garibaldi
- Prendere un treno regionale in direzione Lecco / Colico / Sondrio.
Avete due alternative:
- Treno diretto fino a Dervio (quando disponibile).
- Treno fino a Bellano, poi:
- bus diretto per Dervio, oppure
- treno regionale per Dervio.
🚶♂️ Dalla stazione di Dervio (circa 3 minuti a piedi)
- Esci dalla stazione e sali la scalinata.
- Prendete la via pedonale A. Manzoni.
- Prosegutei per meno di 100 metri.
- Dopo una grande casa arancione sulla sinistra, vedrete la struttura Cosmique (casa azzurra).
- Entrate, proseguite fino al giardino, l'ingresso di Callisto è la prima porta sulla sinistra, benvenuti!
