Lake Como is a small Cosmos — come and discover it!

Our lake is a little cosmos of its own: you will fall in love with the deep blue of the water, the green of the surrounding mountains, and the dark blue of the night sky, illuminated by stars and moonlight reflecting the universe above.
This is why we named our place Cosmique.

Beyond its charming historic villages, elegant villas and museums, Lake Como reminds us how incredibly diverse nature is in this corner of Italy.

A micro-cosmos where the changing seasons continuously transform the lake’s landscape, offering new colors, moods and atmospheres throughout the year.

And because the lake is the true protagonist — and because of our deep love for nature — we chose materials for our apartments that strongly reflect it: warm wood-effect floors that convey comfort and authenticity, combined with the refined elegance of marble and onyx finishes.

Altea, Callisto, Sidera were completed in October 2025.
Great care was taken in every detail of the interiors, blending modern style with tradition. We chose neutral tones inspired by the vivid colors of the lake and the surrounding mountains, drawing direct inspiration from nature.
For this reason, we selected materials that strongly evoke natural elements: wood-effect flooring, elegant onyx and marble finishes. Each apartment is bright and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen.
